These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our Website and the services, classes, and programs offered by Elite Cheer & Athletic Training, LLC, doing business as Elite Cheer (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our Website, booking a class, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Website or services.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account, book classes, or enter into these Terms on your own behalf. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must agree to these Terms and provide consent on your behalf. We do not knowingly allow minors to register without such consent.
Services
We offer instruction in all-star cheerleading, tumbling, and related programs, including team and class-based instruction, private lessons, clinics, camps, and related programs. Class schedules, pricing, and program offerings are subject to change at our discretion. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate changes in advance.
Bookings, Memberships, and Payments
By booking a class or enrolling in a membership, you agree to pay all applicable fees described at the time of purchase. Membership fees may recur periodically and continue until cancelled per these Terms. Fees are payable in advance and processed through our third-party payment and CRM providers. You are responsible for keeping payment information current.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation and refund policies are provided at the time of purchase or enrollment. Unless otherwise specified, fees already paid are non-refundable. To cancel, contact us at [email protected] or by phone. We may require advance notice before the next billing cycle.
Assumption of Risk
Cheerleading and tumbling involve physical activity, including jumping, stunting, spotting, and tumbling, that carry an inherent risk of injury. By participating in any class, program, or activity offered by us, you (and, for a minor, the parent or legal guardian on the minor's behalf) acknowledge and voluntarily assume all risks associated with such participation, including the risk of serious injury. You represent that the participant is in good physical condition with no medical condition that would prevent safe participation. We recommend consulting a physician before beginning any new physical activity.
Release of Liability and Waiver
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to release, waive, and hold harmless Elite Cheer & Athletic Training, LLC, its owners, coaches, employees, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of or related to participation in our classes, programs, or use of our facilities, including injuries caused by ordinary negligence. A separate written waiver and release of liability may be required before participation, and these Terms do not replace any such document.
Code of Conduct
You agree to conduct yourself respectfully and safely on our premises and during all activities. We reserve the right to refuse service, suspend, or terminate the membership of any participant who engages in unsafe, disruptive, harassing, or inappropriate behavior, or who violates gym rules, without refund.
Use of the Website
You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or transmit harmful or unlawful content. All content, including text, logos, graphics, and branding, is owned by or licensed to us and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Communications
By providing your contact information, you authorize Elite Cheer & Athletic Training, LLC to contact you by phone or email regarding your booking, class visit, membership, account, or other service-related matters. SMS messages are sent only if you separately opt in through an unchecked SMS consent checkbox on our forms.
Transactional and informational SMS may include class confirmations, schedule changes, reminders, and account alerts. Marketing and promotional SMS may include offers, promotions, events, and updates. Marketing SMS consent is not required as a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Third-Party Services
